A doctor who listened to me. Who really cared what I was feeling. And huged me when I left.
Have been to this office, for myself and with others in the past. The office is right down to business (I like) and never have I seen or heard them be out of line. At times so right to the point and I know -some- can't handle that. The main concern with this office and all of the Dr, business, is the health of the client. I have had 1 appointment with Dr Biswas after a 6 week wait. Then my next appointment was canceled and after 3 weeks of trying to reach office to reschedule either no one answers the phone or it is busy.
Been with dr biswas for 4 years by far best doctor i have found in the Hi desert....
Very poor quality of staff, rude, incompetent.
I haven't had a visit as no one has returned my phone call, per this morning, at about 10:00 A.M. This is not a new situation as I always give up on return phone calls and have to drive to the office.
Her personaly was great.
I found Dr. Biswas to be thorough. Her office May run behind, but she takes her time and us not rushed with her patients. She answers questions thoroughly. I was treated for s blood disorder. I had a bone marrow biopsy done in the office. Clean facilities. Caring staff... even though they are sometimes mistreated by patients or family members.
Rude staff, wait time at least 2 hours. People coming after me get in first. When is ask they have different provider.. Dr. are So rude, go somewhere else.
