I had a terrible experience visiting this hotel. I checked into my room to find a previous guests trash all over the room. There was a receipt to a restaurant they went to, crumbs and dirty finger smears all over the table, used soap in the bathroom, dirty toilet that was not flushed. I called down to the main desk and they said house keeping would be up. They never showed after waiting 15 minutes. Meanwhile we had dinner reservations we needed to get ready for. The services and rooms were fantastic. Frank at the concierge 's desk was extremely helpful and friendly.
Had a problem at a different hotel had to up and move to the Westin. After the half mile walk with all our luggage the Westin was a breath of fresh air! They were amazing!! The staff went above and beyond. Rob checked us in was friendly and so helpful! After the bad experience at a different local hotel the Westin saved us! The view was amazing, the staff was amazing, I have nothing bad to say! Keep it up! You have a fan for life. Thank you so much for everything!

Just back a fantastic stay... Staff were fantastic from Emily on the front desk to all the house keeping staff.. Can't wait for a return visit... The location was perfect. Beds were fab.
