ETHIEL the rep who took my order completly mess my order up. I Ask for half and half and she couldnt get that right along with the type of pizza I wanted. To add insult injury they only offered 5 dollars and when I advised her that im going to corporate, she just said ok as if she didnt care. So corporate it is, very rude. This would never happen in Chicago! They lost a customer.
It's only a pickup location but I always have a good experience when picking up my food at Nancy's. The girl working the counter is so friendly and helpful and this is the closest to food from my hometown as I get in the area. The beefs, thin pizza & pasta are always great.
Best deep dish pizza ever!
New cook. She's ok. I believe she will get better. Hopefully 🙏🏽 Nancy's still my favorite pizza spot
