Horrible Customer Service What a horrible experience. I got my bridesmaids dresses here because it was one of the only places around that had Bari Jay dresses. I was an out of town bride coming in from Boston to get married in my hometown in Northeast Indiana. I felt that since I did not order my wedding dress at the boutique I was not an important customer; however, we dropped over $1,000 at the store in bridesmaids dresses. Nancy's Bridal Boutique is very accommodating I planned my wedding in three weeks and Nancy's was the only place in town that didn't shun me away for it. I was able to purchase my dream wedding gown off the rack. After two fittings, within two weeks mind you, the dress was perfect with patient service on top of it! Took the stress out of my quick planning.
Decision to come.... I have been fairly satisfied with the service I have gotten from Nancy's bridal, though I did buy a very expensive wedding dress and have a very large bridal party so they are making some big bucks. Today, however, my sister-in-law-to-be informed me that her dress came in and came with the wrong top. After calling them she informed me that they refused to do anything about it and she would just have to purchase a new dress if she didn't want to wear that one. Happy Bride to Be My experience at Nancy's Bridal was uncompairable to every other place that I tried on gowns. They were so friendly, and really wanted me to find the right dress (whether it was at their store or not).
