Dr. Zises was rude, inconsiderate and condescending. We brought our I’ll 2.5 year old child in and she dismissed every concern we brought up regarding how he was feeling. She acted like we don’t know our own child or when he is ill. We had a surgery on perianal abscess the day before our 9 month wellness check up for the baby from a separate pediatric office. So we happened to made an appointment for our baby for his 9 month child wellness check up. My wife briefly asked few general questions on the wound, which was already taken care of by the surgeon and advised by the surgeon on what to do.
