I've been coming to Dr. Worthington's office since 2018. I enjoy how thorough and cohesive Dr. Worthington is. Everytime we've needed an emergency appointment its easy to get one the same day. I enjoy her and her staff that's been with her since 2018. I don't enjoy Shands but it would unfair to give her a terrible rating just because I don't care for Shands and their way of things.

We've been with Nancy for the past 6 years and things have been ok, if that. But this past year has been dreadful. Unfortunately, Nancy couldn't handle her unruly staff which led to the Shands sellout. When I brought up the issue with her staff Nancy was defensive and unapologetic. Not to divulge to much info, but my request to NOT provide an outpatient procedure was completely ignored. Dr. Worthington is incredible. We absolutely love coming to see her. She takes great care of our two daughters.
