Great Experience Me and my Family have rented from Nancy Stone for the last7 years. Decided to rent long term while I have put my Children through Private School, Then Retire in a Condo. Anyhow, When we first moved in the home the AC went out the 2nd day. It took her a day to get The Home Owner's approval and the entire system was replaced within 48 hours. A Raccoon tore a hole in our roof above the master bedroom to nest. 2 days later new roof. Dishwasher went out 1 week later, new dish washer. Most Renters do not understan... read more
Nancy Stone Realty My wife,son, and I rented from Nance Stone Realty for six and a half years up until a couple months ago. Three years ago we reported a leak from the bathroom upstairs. It took over a week for someone to come out. A month later we noticed mold growing on the ceiling above the stove. We reported it over and over with no response. My wife was diagnosed with cancer shortly after that and every time we called and asked for help with the mold we were always told, "I'll send someone out to fix it". Well we were i... read more
Personal Service Nancy has handled a rental property for me for years. Has done a great job saving me money on maintenance. She "interviews" a prospective renters animals before allowing them in my house. Fairly small office with good personal service.
from a tenant I have been a tenant for Nancy Stone for 3 years. It takes MONTHS to get any repairs done on the house. I call, visit the office, and include letters with my rent, but nothing gets fixed. There are things that are broken in this house and have been for 2 years. Completely unacceptable. Wonder if her owners know the condition of her houses?
A Frustrating Disappointment As a potential tenant, my experience was unfortunately very disappointing. When I initially found the property for rent, I was driving through a residential area that interested me, and saw the agent's sign posted in the front yard. Through my own investigation, I learned that Ms. Stone had managed the property for several years, and that previous tenants had apparently experienced delays in getting a response from her when there were maintenance issues with the house.
