Seeing Nancy is, hands down, the best decision you will make for your child and your family. At 19 months, our son was not speaking, never babbled and could make one sound. We knew he was cognitively understanding everything we said but he just could not figure out how to use his voice. Nancy is amazing! She is so knowledgeable and skilled at her job but just as importantly is warm and kind and so fun for kids to work with. My son saw her for over a year and the difference in his speech is remarkable. It has helped him academically and emotionally. Plus, he enjoyed every week with her and looked forward to seeing her. To him, his sessions weren’t work, or therapy, they were just fun. We will really miss seeing her every week now that he has finished.

Long review but I’m hoping other hesitant parents will see some of their child here and realize that starting early with Nancy will make a world of difference. All of the reviews of 3 and 4 year olds who still aren’t talking are heartbreaking because we had such success starting what felt like very early at 18 months. Nancy has been a godsend for our family. She has been working with our 4 year old for the last 5 months on her speech difficulties and the progress has been astounding. Not only has she helped our little one be able to be understood by her peers and family, you can tell that it has improved her confidence as well. Nancy is a miracle worker. She helped our 12 year old daughter with a long term speech issue. My daughter's confidence blossomed as she conquered her 'R's - after 12 long years of challenges. I also appreciated the process as I learned how to support my daughter's speech development. Nancy is so positive and encouraging that my daughter said Nancy may be the most positive person we know. Nancy is simply awesome. From the beginning, she took a good amount of time to clearly and concisely explain to us how she would interact with and assist our child. She had a clear understanding of what he needed, how she could help, and was confident in how she could benefit him for the current time and the long run. Being a therapy provider myself and being a mom to a little boy with speech needs, I was extremely selective with choosing our speech therapist. From the moment my son and I walked into her organized office, I knew she would be his provider. Nancy is calm, can connect with kids, and she can balance play and therapy seamlessly. My son knew what to expect and it was a safe place for him to learn and gain confidence. I would highly recommend meeting Nancy if your child has the need for a speech therapist.
