Nancy Sanford Interiors was a disappointment for me. I trusted them to create a comfortable, stylish space, but the final result felt cold and impersonal. Despite giving clear preferences, my input was brushed aside, and I ended up with a design that didn’t suit my lifestyle at all. Timelines were also not respected, which dragged the process out unnecessarily. For the price paid, I expected a customized, thoughtful design — instead I received something generic and underwhelming.
