Dr Kambel is very professional and takes quality time with you, unlike majority of doctors today who rush you & don’t seem to really care about you as a person.
While I absolutely love my doctor and the PAs, trying to get a live person on the telephone is impossible. You leave a message and no one ever calls you back or if they do call you back it’s days and days later. This is not how to run a professional medical facility. And this is not the first time that this practice has had such an issue. This has been going on for years. Even the new patient portal is not working properly for a patient to be able to send a message to a doctor. Please get this resolved once and for all.
I only had my blood drawn today, but the nurse who always draw it knows it’s difficult. But her professionalism and patience is always a plus along with us joking around.
Its wonderful my lab tech got my blood w/o no pain ,very professional, just didn't see her name but she works there for a long time ,thank you so much
