I started out seeing Dr Kamel several years ago and was passed off to Jessica Staples and then again passed off to Brian Clay. They were all very nice, but made me feel awkward being passed around. Maybe because I just didn’t go enough. During this entire time, the office moved twice from the original location to farther away. They also don’t answer phones and you’re lucky if they return calls. I liked them, but were never available when I needed them. It’s sad really.

Had a terrible experience at this office. Asked for preventive care but they did not code it as such but made the appointment. Multiple calls to the office from me and my insurance company was not returned. I even asked their billing department to call them because I could not get a hold of them but still nothing. They ultimately billed me over $300 for basically nothing. Just chatted with the doctor. Got my blood pressure taken and all the things you normally get from a nurse, labs after a long wait. I am new in the area and looking for a doctor. I saw the review saying that their admin staff does not answer or return calls, but thought I would try calling the office. Well, got the recorded message, and automated menus. I left a message but no one ever called back. I tried calling again, and this time the recording actually told people not to leave multiple messages. Bad sign if a doctors' office cannot handle the volume of calls efficiently. I'll look elsewhere.
