Very nice, welcoming and friendly..
We came in for lab results, and when the doctor entered the room, she first has this while we were here, which is odd that she hadn’t looked at the file beforehand, but then she realized how the results were not reported. Nobody had told us ahead of time. So it was a whole waste of a visit. We left halfway home to be called back to be told we needed to take more blood. We had to wait a whole hour before seeing her.
