Ridiculously over priced! $200 for highlight retouch. I stopped by yesterday morning to get a retouch on highlights. My hair is shoulder length and Nancy quoted me $200! I have come before but she had a bad attitude today! Reality check, this neighborhood ain't no River Oaks. I took my business elsewhere.
