Terrible. I had to report her for negligence. This women needs help herself and is the last person who should be trying to help others in their time of need. From lack of ability to keep time (and appointments) to her lack of ability to make repeating appointments to her inexcusable lashing out; she causes more damage than she prevents. If your goal is not improve your well being, this is the wrong place to go.
