I had a good experience at Care Orthodontics. The staff was always friendly and the office was very spacious and clean. I'm happy with the results I had after going here because my teeth were realigned.
Before my teeth were crooked and I had a very bad overbite. Now braces helped me get the perfect smile I always wanted!

I love this place. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Dr. Phan and her staff took the time to explain to us about our teeth and what would be the best braces option for us. They listen to our concerns and adjust to our needs. I would definitely recommend Dr. Phan's orthodontics office.
Dr. Phan is so great to work with ! She 's very friendly and very accommodating to our needs. I feel like she cares about her patients and whatever she can to make sure we are taken care of ! All the staff is very professional and nice ! Offic is very organized and clean with high technology ! I highly recommend Dr. Phan to everyone. It's always been a pleasant experience every time!
Care Orthodontic have a big waiting room can fit up to 15 ppl, everything is very clean and organize. They have lots of activities for patients, lots of valuable prices. Staffs are very friendly and Dr. Phan would answers any question you may have and treats her patients with the best care. I believe they have free consultation. They have staff that can help you with different languages Spanish, English and Vietnamese. Treatment are reasonable price. :)
Their staff are friendly and I was treated well.
I am rather disappointed. At the start of treatment, I was told my teeth would be done in 24-30 months. I have paid full fees. And now three years later, my teeth are in worse shape as I have a overbite problem and painful teeth at night time. Two second opinions from reputable orthodontists have advised me to seek further treatment to prevent damage to my teeth permanently. Dr Phan acknowledes this, but demands more money. She is not concerned about my worse condition. I was misled all the way!

We treat cases to patient's satisfaction. Unfortunately, this case took longer than expected and patient gave consent and requested braces removal for a personal trip. Case needed re-treatment. We will work on communication better so patients understand the outcome of their decision.
