What separated Nancy Peterson from all of the other Buyers, Investors and Realtor Agents was her ability to really understand the local market, accurately assess the value of the property and create a successful listing strategy. I could not recommend her more highly to another house seller. She really embraced the challenge and went way above and beyond my expectations.
Nancy did a great job of selling our Condo in Revere. She was able to help me leverage her contacts with the local fire marshals to sort through an inspection issue. She also did an amazing job of helping us sort through back to back to deals in selling our house in MA and helping us transition out of state.
