Worst time management I have ever encountered!! I have been to ERs that were faster than they are here! Why have appointments if the least amount of time spent there is nearly two hours for 15 minutes of actual time spent on a patient! If I could put in a negative rating I would!
I have been getting my eye exams with Dr. Loveland for several years now. Every time I go, I feel I get a great exam, never feel rushed, all my questions are answered and can always see great with my glasses and contacts. Best exam I've ever had! Thank you!

They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed.
