All 3 of my kids have been cared for by Dr. Worthgington for over 10 years. She helped effectively when other 'specialists' did not, and treated gut health and inflammation before the topic became more widely known and understood. She is innovative, caring, and brilliant. I can't recommend her enough.
Dr Worthington is by far, without question, an amazing pediatrician. She puts the patient at ease, listens, and more importantly correctly diagnoses the problem. She's also been excellent at correcting the misdiagnoses from other pediatricians in town. We trust Dr. Worthington with our daughters life and cannot be more grateful for her as our Childs pediatrician.
We have had good experiences here. Since the UF Health switch, you cannot get through on the phone. Since they forgot to put my daughters EPI-PEN and albuterol prescriptions in, this is a real inconvenience.
Dr Worthington is excellent with her patients and their parents! She is extremely knowledgeable, confident and provides exceptional care to her patients!! My grandchildren love her!! ??
I came for a consult during my pregnancy hoping to find a wonderful holistic doc for my baby-to-be, having been told I would be able to meet the doctor, if only briefly, at the consult. When I was told she no longer was available (both in that moment and perpetually for prenatal visits), I expressed my disappointment and desire to meet a pediatrician before choosing her for my unborn child (again, as I’d been told I’d have the opportunity for when I booked the appointment weeks in advance). Apalling. Her office staff were incredibly rude and unkind during a time of vulnerability for me in my pregnancy as I sought a pediatrician for my unborn daughter. Her staff lacked patience, flexibility, understanding, kindness, and empathy for the journey toward motherhood and the importance of establishing a trust-based connection with a practitioner in preparation for the most precious and vulnerable of moments in a woman's life -- the birth of her child. Sadly, would not recommend.
Dr. Worthington is the wisest and most caring pediatrician which I have ever met. The entire staff at Worthington pediatrics is kind and professional.
Amazing. We found Dr. Worthington through the MAPS directory. She is very knowledgeable regarding autism, PANDAS, and mitochondrial dysfunction. Very thorough.
