I've been attending off and on for about 6 months. The person I was seeing left the practice and the person she suggested I switch to was a horrible fit for me (but may work well for someone else.) I'm now waiting for my appointment with a third. For the most part the receptionists are extremely helpful and kind.
My daughter has been attending sessions with Jackie Cartwright and absolutely loves talking with her. However I find some of the front office staff to be extremely rude. One girl in particular is never pleasant and explains things in a very condescending manner. I am an educated professional who also works in a medical office and I would never radiate whatever negativity was affecting me onto patients the way she does.
I found Nancy Lowrie and Associates online and met with a therapist there. It was easier than I thought. The staff there knows what they are doing, and my therapist has actually been helping me a lot. I think it's fair to say that things are much better than before, thanks to them.
