Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring

No, they never postpone my appointment Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes

Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Did this optometrist provide you with an accurate prescription? Yes Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around!

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Was this provider friendly? Yes Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did this provider rush your appointment? No Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Yes Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her
