Maggie is the best at what she does! I came back to her after going somewhere else for 2 years .. I will only have Maggie do my hair from now on. She did my hair for my wedding and I just loved it! That's why I continue to go to Nancy Koss Salon.. from the moment you walk till you walk out they make you feel you special.
Went in with a Groupon for full highlights, cut & Moroccan oil treatment and right off the bat I was told I would be paying extra because my hair was long and thick (it was shoulder length). Caitlin offered to do partial highlights to avoid extra cost so I agreed. She came out with the tiniest bowl (I've had highlights before and the bowl was not that small) half full and says no more. Jordan was amazing she took great care of my mom in doing her hair for my brothers wedding. It was my mom's first time at a salon and Jordan made it an awesome experience for her!
Caitlin is a great stylist, I love my new cut! She was very friendly & gave me many style suggestions too :)
