I had her as my orthodontist when I was a kid. This was over a decade ago. I am writing this review now because I still think there is utility in sharing my experience. Dr. Gum extended my time with braces far beyond what was necessary, and didn't even do a good job with them. There were often sharp wires in my mouth that would cause me a lot of pain, and the brackets kept coming unglued. Dr. Gum and her team are incredible! I always feel very comfortable in her office. Dr Gum is thorough and always takes the time to explain my treatment. My smile has never looked better! I would highly recommend!

Every appointment with Dr.Gum was a nightmare. They would rush me into the chair, barely explain what they were doing, and then crank my braces so tight I couldn’t even eat for days. Once, they left a wire sticking out that cut my cheek the entire week, and when I went back to get it fixed, they just shrugged and told me to “get used to it.”
