Dr. Gum and her team are incredible! I always feel very comfortable in her office. Dr Gum is thorough and always takes the time to explain my treatment. My smile has never looked better! I would highly recommend!
Every appointment with Dr.Gum was a nightmare. They would rush me into the chair, barely explain what they were doing, and then crank my braces so tight I couldn’t even eat for days. Once, they left a wire sticking out that cut my cheek the entire week, and when I went back to get it fixed, they just shrugged and told me to “get used to it.”
I am a fellow orthodontist who had a patient move across the country and needed help with continuation of her treatment. Dr. Gum and her team were so helpful and kind to my patient in coordinating her care, I highly recommend Dr. Gum given my interactions with her that indicate she is truly a caring professional who goes above and beyond to help people!!
