Been seeing Dr. Shoji over 30 yesterday. Best and most thorough eye exams. She quickly caught an eye issue I had and referred me out for cross linking. I was back at their office again today. Office staff has changed and improved fromma few years ago. Had 5 star service from exam to glasses fitting
Rude staff. Unprofessional service.
Purchased my glasses which literally fall off my face. Went to have them adjusted. Staff was rude, condescending and incompetent Like my doctor but will likely make a change based on support staff
