She listened and answered well. For the last five + years, I have trusted provider's advice and appreciated not rushing through the appointment. Friendly office staff.
This rating is not due to Doctors performance. It’s due to whomever is running the office. I looked on the internet and Dr.Ha accepting new patients. You call no we are not acceptable new patients. I go on my medical insurance site for them to help me find a doctor and there is Dr. Chu accepting new patients. I call no the doctors are not accepting new patients.
They no longer Accepting new Patients for 2 years. The information online is not accurate. False information for 2 years need to update.
Very attentive and caring
The most caring doctor I have ever encountered. Quick to respond to a request. My 92 year old mother is a patient and Dr Chu is wonderful with her.
