Nancy went way above and beyond helping us sell our condo. She proactively took care of managing all of the necessary repairs and upgrades, set a great price and then sold it for that price, relieved a lot of stress on our part by managing a difficult neighbor, personally coordinated many detailed touches, helped us manage unexpected pushback and issues during closing, and kept up a wonderful positive attitude throughout. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
Nancy is the best in the business. She is attentive to detail, incredibly communicative, and a pleasure to be around! She is always prepared and puts her clients first. She helped making my first home purchase a breeze. Thank you Nancy for everything!
