Nancy went way above and beyond as she helped me sell a Chula Vista estate house from out-of-state. She contacted and stayed on top of all of the utilities, contractors, neighbors, etc. to get this property from ready-to-sell all the way to closing in a short period of time. She staged the house beautifully and extensively helped with move-out needs since I could only be in town for a couple of days. Nancy went way above and beyond helping us sell our condo. She proactively took care of managing all of the necessary repairs and upgrades, set a great price and then sold it for that price, relieved a lot of stress on our part by managing a difficult neighbor, personally coordinated many detailed touches, helped us manage unexpected pushback and issues during closing, and kept up a wonderful positive attitude throughout.
