Bad customer service, bad at math; how are they in business? – I guess the cookies are what's keeping these guys in business. The goodness of them must faze the customers who go in and get overcharged (they like to make up their own addition methods, apparently), and those who happen to complain and face Mike's over-exaggerations and anger instead of any attempt to resolve a problem. Yeah, I'm not the only one who's complained reading all these google reviews, obviously.
Very Disappointing !!!!! – Although we have been a long time customer and admit the cookies are pretty good, we we're very diappointed (as I'm sure many more potential butyers were) to find the store closed on the final day that a CBS promo 1/2 off coupon we had purchased could be used. I left a message and I rec'd call from merchant on 8/9 (when he returned from vacation and convienently day after the promo coupon expired) who was very offensive and beligerent stating that they were actaully closed the entire last week that... read more

Amazing chocolate chip cookies! – They are known for their delicious chocolate chip cookies and definitely own up to the fame. Their prices may be a little high ($6/half dozen), but one cookie is equivalent to two or even three smaller cookies. They are totally worth it. I never tasted a chocolate chip cookie that good!
