Nancy is a very skilled and knowledgeable realtor. She was instrumental in helping us find the perfect home when we moved to Utah. Nancy worked super hard to get our house sold in the height of the interest rates of 2023. It was not a quick sale but she did give us a great idea on how much we could get on our sale which was where the house ultimately sold at.
