Nancy and the rest of our staff have handled our insurance needs since we moved to Boston. First, it was car and renters, and now we've become homeowners so we've moved to that with her as well. She's easy to work with, knows her stuff, provides you with all the information and rate quotes you need to make a decision, and even handles the little stuff like sending your license plates via courier so you don't have to wait for them to come in the mail.

Amazing Customer Service – This company is awesome! I was brand new to the process of insuring a car, and they helped me out enormously. They were super quick and dealt with the DMV on my behalf, and helped me to reduce my premiums. Now that I am selling my car and leaving MA, they are still super helpful in transferring the title of the car and a lot of stuff that seems beyond what you would expect an insurance company to do.
