Nancy was my agent for both the sale of my former home and the purchase of my new home. It was my first time for both. She was incredibly patient and knowledgable. She did quite a bit of research on several prospective homes for me, drove me through the neighborhoods and to the homes, and was quite helpful with questions. She sold my home in 3 days...despite the housing crisis (2009) and I just passed the 10 year mark in the home she found for me. Nancy is top notch!
