She gave me background about the test to be done, allowed me to ask questions, provided me with research about my condition. Thoughtful in her decision making. Highly recommend her. Have great confidence in her treatment plan.
Dr. Ball knows her stuff and has always attended to me with speed and caring. I trust her judgment and ability to get to the correct solution.
She should give up her license to practice medicine
Excellent experience. She was kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I felt that she cared about my problem and kept close tabs on my follow-up. I recommend her highly.
I am so pleased with the personalized medical care I receive from Dr. Ball. She helps me understand the short term and long term chronic pain management strategies I will be doing for the rest of my life. Since seeing Dr. Ball my pain levels are very low and my function has improved greatly. I understand the mechanism of my back pain and can, for the most part, manage my own condition. I am appreciative of Dr. Ball's humor, insight and knowledge of spinal issues.
Dr Ball spent over 45 minutes discussing my particular health issue. I was able to my pain in detail - she was a sincere and patient listener. We discussed details of my imaging results and reviewed best alternatives. She took extra time to consult with other surgeons in the office to get their feedback and professional opinions. I felt that Dr Ball took a genuine interest in my health and will be available in the future for guidance.
First visit seeing her she wouldn't let me talk about my symptoms, I felt blown off. Was very business like. Second visit after a year and a half. I waited an hour to see her in the waiting room. She had no idea what to do about my pain and "issue" and said I need to do less with my 14 month old son and do more for myself. Physical therapy and time will do the trick. Not impressed to say the least.
I had an excellent session with Dr. Ball yesterday. I usually don't write reviews but felt one was warranted this time. It was obvious she wanted me to fully understand my issues. She made things very clear without being condescending. It was a real teaching/learning situation. I appreciated her approach and her brief consult with a surgeon to make sure her interpretation concurred with his. She made me aware of the risks involved. The whole experience from intake to closure was outstanding.
Dr Ball is very smart I'm sure. But not so smart that she can actually read your mind. In my experience, going there with a complicated painful situation, she allowed me just about 15, maybe 20 seconds to talk before stopping me right there. She was aggravated that I didn't have yes or no replies. She was useless. Do yourself a favor: Go ANYWHERE else. If she can't be bothered to listen for even a minute, she isn't going to fix your health.
