Nancy Aguilera, P.A., has caused unnecessary delay in the care of my Mother. Nancy Aguilera has refused to complete a functional assessment for my Mother after she suffered a stroke in December of 2022. After three months, this office has still refused to complete Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) application and Short-Term Disability Insurance application.
