Dr Nanavati listened to my concern at time of office visit and just prior to colonoscopy. I had no post procedure issues. He was also my husband’s gastroenterologist and was much respected by him. Again, caring and listening to our concerns. I had previous colon surgery and was concerned about results- he’s a very empathetic physician.
As a patient of many years, I was told by telephone today by the office manager I was being discharged from this practice because I was 'disrespectful' to the staff, when I called to ask why my prescription wasn't called in after requesting 10 days ago, then again yesterday. I had seen Dr Nanavati this past June, so was within their refill requirements. This delay was not unusual, so I was accustomed to having to prompt them. The Receptionist is very Snippy…accused me of cancelling appointments which I Never did until today. They are the ones that called me to come in sooner…like day before Thanksgiving and another inconvenient Time ! ??
office manager was confrontational, misleading and rude.She went out of her way to make my visit so bad I have moved to another Dr/GI albeit I liked Dr. Nanavati and the rest of his staff but his office manger Kim should take on another vocation that does not require working with people.......
Whenever I call the office, which unfortunately has been a lot lately, I am put on hold and forgotten. Then I have to call back numerous times. Getting through is like trying to get Taylor Swift tickets. Dr. Nanavati is ok, not great - not worth the office hassles. I am changing providers because of this alone.
I just saw Dr. Nanavati for a colonoscopy procedure. The staff and Dr. Nanavati were excellent. I highly recommend him!

This doctor is horrid. Long waits in office, rude staff, very rude bedside manner . Do yourself a favor and find someone else
