The workers there were very rude, they were a couple of young ladies who as soon as I walked in gave me a stank face. The flowers were very expensive and not worth the price at all. They looked nothing like the pictures advertised, not even close and they only gave me less than half of what I paid for. I bought this flower arrangement for my moms birthday and she loved them. It took around 20-35 minutes for them to make it and it came out beautifully. I love their dog designs that they create, they are too freaking cute❤️🌹
Horrible experience. Do NOT patronize this store. I ordered a Mother's day PREMIUM arrangement to be delivered Saturday, price was TWO HUNDRED FOUR DOLLARS AND SIXTY SIX CENTS! By Monday Morning all the flowers were wilted and dead. I called the shop once on Monday and three times on Tuesday. There was no answer and their phone is not set up for voice mail. additionally they added their own TIP, a delivery fee AND a service fee after the fact. They sent the wrong bouquet at 9 o clock 1st picture what was supposed to come 2nd was what the derelicts sent, probably picked out of some neighboring front lawn.
