Fast and great service! My son needed a corsage for his date to prom and they took great care of us.
I have ordered flowers from this florist for over ten years. I'm dumbfounded by some of the reviews; I have always had polite interactions with the team members and they have always been the ones to point out when something is not "as perfect" as they would like to deliver - they're sincerely always upfront about it. If you try to call close to or during Valentine's Day or Mother's Day you'll have a difficult time getting through to someone (best to show up in person, if there's an issue - they will make things right).
Did not receive what I ordered. They appeared to have trimmed the cost for profit. HOPEFULLY YOU SEE THE REVIEWS AND GO TO ANOTHER BUSINESS.
Do not waste your money! I will be reporting to 800Flowers. Flowers left outside my house! Not wrapped, no food and customer service couldn't be ruder. Please read reviews. Two separate arrangements sent from NYC. Horrible.
Flowers didn't open even after following instructions sent with them. It specifically says they will honor nothing after 24 hours. I think flowers should last more than 24 hours. Won't order again
