I ordered the LOVE NOTES ROSE BOUQUET - PREMIUM through Uber Eats and paid $180.05 expecting to receive the premium bouquet shown in the advertisement. What I received looked nothing like the product that was advertised. The vase was completely different. The bouquet was much smaller. There were significantly fewer roses, and the arrangement was filled with greenery instead of the full premium design that was shown in the photos. I have ordered flowers from this florist for over ten years. I'm dumbfounded by some of the reviews; I have always had polite interactions with the team members and they have always been the ones to point out when something is not "as perfect" as they would like to deliver - they're sincerely always upfront about it. If you try to call close to or during Valentine's Day or Mother's Day you'll have a difficult time getting through to someone (best to show up in person, if there's an issue - they will make things right).

Did not receive what I ordered. They appeared to have trimmed the cost for profit. HOPEFULLY YOU SEE THE REVIEWS AND GO TO ANOTHER BUSINESS.

Do not waste your money! I will be reporting to 800Flowers. Flowers left outside my house! Not wrapped, no food and customer service couldn't be ruder. Please read reviews. Two separate arrangements sent from NYC. Horrible.
