I have been a returning client because I’ve always loved the lash sets I’ve received here in the past, which is why this experience was so disappointing. The experience started with poor customer service over the phone. There was no greeting, and the conversation felt abrupt and dismissive. Ivy did an AMAZING job!!! They look so good I love them so much!! I had a comfy blanket and everything! Ivy was soo nice and walked me through the aftercare and everything!
