Very unprofessional, late to appointments does not listen to patients. MedStar needs to retrain her on patient doctor etiquette. Very sad that I have to find my resident a new doctor.

Dr. Nan Ni of Union Memorial has been my primary care doctor for a few years now and I am so grateful that I have her. She is very thorough and includes you in on everything that’s going on with your health. She sits down with you and go step by step on whatever health issue that she’s treating for. My husband saw Dr Ni for first visit yesterday. She is very thorough. She comes across as stern because she is an excellent Dr. + doesn't want to waste time chit chatting + miss a medical problem. I tend to be chatty, so I will not be on future visits. I know my husband will get good care.
