Twenty three years ago, when my husband and I decided to sell our large house and move to a townhome, Nan Emmer found the perfect home for us on Deer Run Golf Course - before it was actually listed on the MLS. After 23 years and the passing of my husband, I needed to downsize. Nan and I looked in the fall of 2023, but could find nothing that met all my needs. I became discouraged and gave up looking. I needed to move on short notice, and Nan got all of the tours set up right away, recommended an excellent inspector, and was always prompt with communications. On move in day, she provided lovely flowers and breakfast rolls for us which were delicious and very much appreciated! One less thing to worry about on a hectic day.
