Nan went above and beyond what I thought a realtor would do. I felt she always had my best interest in mind. She was very genuine and honest. I would and I do recommend her to anyone looking to by a home or sell one.
Nan was really key is our home purchase as our Realtor. She was able to negotiate improvements to the property with the Selling Agent to get us the repairs needed before closing on the home. She was supportive and helpful with getting the closing on schedue and was available at any time of day/night for questions as they came up. BRAVO!
Nan was absolutely wonderful to work with. As a first time home seller, she explained the process of putting our home on the market and utilized social media very effectively in communicating our home. She was extremely responsive and we utilized texting and emails to be our primary mode of communication based on our preference. I would highly recommend Nan as an agent.
