RecommendedI came to Southwest Missouri three years ago. I've been volunteering there for two and a half years .we all consider each other family. through my deepest darkest days, members of staff ,volunteers and consumers were there for me when I needed someone to talk to and lean on .thank you Southwest Missouri nomi for being there .God bless all of you
Do background checks on ALL staff & volunteers, Check ALL cabinets & drawers etc. for illegal items, Do surprise checks in rooms & on the warm line. THese are mentally ill people - watch over them, Warn them that they have a very big responsiblity to care for the survivors of Mental Illness. Do not allow the passing of Sigs sodas notes etc, , , except AFTER business hours!!!!!!!!!!
