I ordered name badges with our logo on 4/23. It's 4/29 and they are here!! They are perfect. We love them. Quality is very good. They are a good weight, not too heavy and very sturdy. The magnet is strong. Price is great, especially for a name badge with a color logo on it. Customer service is wonderful. I accidentally put the wrong zip code on our shipping address when I placed the order. I sent an email, and got a response very quickly telling me that it had been corrected. Something sure has gone wrong with your system tonight. I wasted lots of time designing the badges. Your system would not accept a virtual visa gift card. Live chat never answered my question. Just got trapped in recorded messages and strange beeps when I tried ringing customer service by phone. Bad sign that you lost a new customer through a stalled check out process and then a customer service failure.
