Frances guided me through 3 visits, learning how to approach my pre-diabetic situation through nutrition. She is thorough, curious, friendly and very knowledgeable. She worked with me to understand what I could do which didn’t venture into restrictive eating, which is a trigger for me. I highly recommend Namaste Nutritionist!
Update 2 - replying to Namaste Nutrition response to my previous comment. Correct, I was contacted by phone that labs can be reviewed in session but that was after 1 month of me already sending email. Call to me was just a response to my text message if my email was delivered. Thank you for your response. Pros: Frances is knowledgable and shares details which are helpful in getting to sustainable diet. I completed 2-3 sessions with Frances. Cons : I found there is a lack of follow ups from the team.
