WOW! Abbey was everything we needed for our couples weekend in Nashville. She came to our Airbnb ready to make our morning perfect. The class was adapted to fit our needs, with an age group ranging from 35-50, some had no experience, others had practiced in the past. She made us an awesome playlist based on our genre of music, brought all the matador us and even snapped photos for us during our practice. I could not ask for a better yoga experience! Abbey has the kindest heart and always there to meet our needs . I’ve taken multiple classes with her and also teach with her. She’s unbelievable with her kindness and forgiveness and understanding! You couldn’t find a better person to teach you yoga.

Omg!! This was everyone's favorite part of our trip. Abbey is amazing. She brought all the stuff out and taught a brilliant yoga class. We were all different levels and she made the class perfect for everyone. She's magic. Her voice is so soothing. Book her now!

Our group had such an incredible experience working with Abbey to coordinate a sunset yoga class (with champagne toast!) for our friend in celebration of her birthday! Abbey was responsive and flexible- in fact, we had to make some last minute changes due to weather and she was GREAT to work with. She ran a phenomenal class- in fact, she incorporated a very sweet moment where we set intentions for our sweet friend on her birthday- it was a very touching moment and it meant a lot to the birthday girl. Abbey was the BEST!!! She came 100% prepared (mats, music, speaker, mimosas, cups), and had amazing vibes from the start. She was so warm and made everybody feel comfortable. This was the perfect jump start to our bachelorette weekend shenanigans! Would recommend over and over and over!
