I've been practicing yoga for awhile so I've experienced good, bad, average, and excellent classes. Abbey's one of the BEST yoga instructors in Nashville. She brings in an uplifting presence. I go to her classes as much as possible making the trip from Antioch to West Nashville. She's that good. Her sequences are intuitive, challenging and fun, appropriate for all levels. I feel more grounded after class. So grateful for Abbey!

Abbey organizes and usually leads our Saturday yoga classes at my apartment building in downtown Nashville. She is a fantastic teacher and creates experiences based on feedback from the class. She finds the perfect combination of effort, joy, zen, and challenge at every class she teaches. I dont know how she does it! Im so grateful to be able to participate in her teachings.

I have worked with Abbey for over 4 years now, doing monthly yoga classes together and she is THE BEST! If I could give her 10 stars, I would because she is AMAZING- patient, loving, kind and full of positive energy! I consider her one of my favorite people on the planet and am so grateful to have her in my life!

WOW! Abbey was everything we needed for our couples weekend in Nashville. She came to our Airbnb ready to make our morning perfect. The class was adapted to fit our needs, with an age group ranging from 35-50, some had no experience, others had practiced in the past. She made us an awesome playlist based on our genre of music, brought all the matador us and even snapped photos for us during our practice. Everyone loved her sweet demeanor and she paid us appropriate compliments during the class which increased our confidence.... read more
