I've worked with Tiffany for 2 years. I have stopped twice due to extenuating circumstances and I will tell you it doesn't take long for me to start wishing I hadn't stopped. Tiffany is gracious and kind enough to let me come back. She pushes me to do better and as a result I feel better, both mind and muscle. I have been working with Tiffany since February 2017. I have struggled for years with the rollercoaster weight gain. Tiffany had simply been amazing from personal motivation, to proper diet and overall knowledge of my health - oh yeah and a killer workout! Lol! She is so much more than just a personal trainer, she is a great friend! I would be lost without her!
