The shop is very clean and organized with knowledgeable staff. When I came in, a woman came out to greet me and asked me if I needed help. She helped me choose the correct medication for my grandpa. And wrote down directions to make sure he’d take them correctly. AND gave her card to have him call if he had any questions. She was a great help.
Very rude. The older man there was staring daggers at me the moment I walked in. When I asked about a type of tea he ignored me completely. The lady there quickly said "no" and was incredibly unhelpful. Went across the street to Datshun Ginseng Tea Co and had the exact opposite experience. I highly recommend skipping this place and visiting Datshun! They are friendly and helpful there, plus have excellent product.
Vickie and her daughter Lien were extremely helpful and friendly. They provided great customer service, and taking the time to search and explain everything to the best of their knowledge. Thank you so much for your help!

Good place to get quality teas, ended up buying 5 dollars worth of Oolong and green tea, it has different qualities of tea, I will be back soon.
