They scheduled an appointment with me and initially were very helpful. On the day of the appointment they never showed nor did they call. Since that time they will not return any phone calls. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. A simple phone call stating the reason and I could have moved on.
I have had the worst experience with this guy. First, saying he will be here at 8-9AM and DOESNT even show that day. He comes out the next day around 3. Clams it will take my warranty company about 10 days to get the part and him back out to fix it. OR I can just pay him 800 cash and he can do it next day. Nall's has terrible customer service. I repeatedly tried calling multiple phone numbers I had on file; both numbers went unanswered and the voicemail box was full. No return phone call. Messages to this Facebook page also went unanswered. It took them more than three weeks to send a report to my home warranty company, and they only took that action when the warranty explored finding another provider to handle my service issue.

Big shout out to Mike. We have been back and forth with our home warranty and other companies that would not show up, until they set us up with Nall’s. Mike came out Saturday, found and fixed the issue quickly. We had been dealing with the issue since the second week of June and we are very grateful for the service.
