I have to give these guys high marks. A lube shop decided the bolts for my skid plate were not important. The plate was hanging down. It’s a 200 series Land Cruiser, so not exactly a superficial element of the car. After being so flustered with the lube shop, I desperately brought this into the service center, no appointment and told them what happened. I have purchased new Camry from same location in Jan 2025 Their associate tried to cheat me with tire. They had changed my tires 9 months back with warranty. Now they are telling me they are gone bad again and they cant help me. They want me to check with Goodyear. On my receipt when I changed my tires their staff put 10000 miles less.
