One of several times my husband and myself have had excisions with Dr. Houle and the staff at the Grand Haven office. Not only is she knowledgeable but also takes the time to answer any questions you may have. The entire staff goes out of their way to put you at ease, so friendly! I broke one of my teeth and had to get it extracted. I was very nervous about it! Dr. Ashley Houle and her assistant Alyssa were amazing. I literally felt no pain, not even the shots. They numbed me with gel before giving me the numbing shots I needed, made sure I was numb before proceeding and extracted my tooth without any issues. Dr Nalley and his staff are the best! Just had a tooth pulled today, no pain. He's retiring, but I would still recommend the office for all your needs.
I did more than my due diligence, letting the office know ahead of time more than once to make sure it was prominently noted in my chart that I could not have the standard numbing medication. On the day of surgery, I was given two injections of it, leading to a medical reaction. I explained their mistake and they didn’t even discount my bill due to it, so I paid the price for this visit in more ways than one.
The most awesome staff! It is the only dentist office I can walk in and not be nervous! Doctors are amazing!! Just had 2 implants done and definitely was the most easiest (for me)procedure I've ever had done! Thank you so much!
