I have dental implant work currently under way, and I couldn’t be happier with the process! Dr. DeYoung and Maddy have been wonderful, explaining each and every step along the way, and I’ve had no issues or concerns whatsoever. I’d happily recommend West Michigan Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery any time I have the opportunity!
First Time Patient due to a Dental Emergency. Staff were pleasant and welcoming. Dental Assistant was pleasant and informative. Dr. Jeff took his time and educated me on the process and didn’t rush. Most of all the accommodated me on short notice. Which was highly appreciated. Looking forward to doing business with them in the future.
The doctor was open about what he was doing and what I might feel. He was also very detailed in what I would feel after the numbing wore off and he was right. Everyone was friendly and it was easy to be comfortable with them. If it wasn’t for the tooth extraction I might have enjoyed myself. Good people.
