This office is great 👍 friendly staff that knows what they are doing
I am so grateful for Rochelle at the front desk being understanding and empathetic with me as a frantic mom trying to get answers after my son suffered a jaw injury and had his teeth knocked out with little answers from the ER. They scheduled me promptly and Dr. Houle took time I’m sure she didn’t have to explain the fractures and healing process as well as a treatment plan. She had amazing bedside manner and really went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered.
Got there on time and got in on time. Staff very friendly and helpful. First time here. Maddy was very pleasant and friendly. Got a tooth extraction and implant at same time. Dr. Houle was fabulous. In and out in no time. She explained everything very clearly. The process was as good as you could ask for. Pain and swelling were minimal. Insurance didn’t cover much. Thanks and see you soon.
My brother who is special needs had a surgery here, and can honestly say the nurses and doctors were so patient with him. Such an amazing staff team! Made him feel comfortable and relaxed and explain everything well. I definitely recommend!
