Dr. DeYoung and staff are amazing! Dr. DeYoung and his assistant put me at ease, explained everything they were doing, along with just great conversation and humor was had during my visit. 5 is not enough for this dental practice or Dr. DeYoung!!! Thanks for all the awesome care and concern for me!
I was told I had insurance to cover an implant and that my patient portion would be about $600. After surgery, they informed me that the insurance was misinterpreted and that I was responsible for $1700. Unable to pay this amount I returned with payments to the receptionist. They attempted to send the account to collection without any regard for the payments made! The court dismissed the case immediately but they refuse me service because of the debt.
