Dr Nalley and his staff are the best! Just had a tooth pulled today, no pain. He's retiring, but I would still recommend the office for all your needs.
I did more than my due diligence, letting the office know ahead of time more than once to make sure it was prominently noted in my chart that I could not have the standard numbing medication. On the day of surgery, I was given two injections of it, leading to a medical reaction. I explained their mistake and they didn’t even discount my bill due to it, so I paid the price for this visit in more ways than one.
The most awesome staff! It is the only dentist office I can walk in and not be nervous! Doctors are amazing!! Just had 2 implants done and definitely was the most easiest (for me)procedure I've ever had done! Thank you so much!
The surgeon was amazing. She was excellent with my son. I have no complaints with her. The issue I have is with the billing. I was told insurance would cover his procedure, and that I would not receive a bill. That was wrong information. Today I received a bill for over $2,000. I'm a single mother. This unexpected fee is a big deal for me. I'm so disappointed in the lack of communication.
HORRIBLE. ZERO STARS. Took my whole is father a disabled veteran for a tooth extraction an 11:10 appointment. Told them Meijer pharmacy in GH when they asked which pharmacy to have his meds sent. At 11:40, while still waiting I asked the if they put in his prescription so we could hopefully pick it up on the way home. Was told they put it in after it's all done.
