If you are looking for great customer service and all out assistance Nalley Infinity Marietta is the place to go. Customer service is a big factor when I’m doing business and Cory assisted me with every step.
It was great of course it took about a few hours (3) To get the car, my only issue is the CarPlay does not work. They seem to think that it is the fault of my iPhone 16 which, of course that’s not the issue. Other than that my experience was good.
Jevan Cannon was very pleasant. Showed empathy and compassion to me being a little late picking up my car with a family emergency. He explained everything, walked me to my car opened the door as a gentleman. It was refreshing and accommodating. Thank you I appreciate kindness. No one ever in the service department has done this. I’ve been coming there for years . Ask for Jevan Cannon I forgot his last name. This is an updated review.
