great sales team they worked hard for my wife's new truck
My husband and I bought a truck a few weeks ago on our trip home from Atlanta (we live in Jacksonville). While we were there they were great. However once we got home we realized that the floor mats that were in the truck when we looked at it were not in the truck. We contacted Nalley, and the used truck manager REFUSED to mail us the floor mats that THEY took out of the truck when they were cleaning it. Pretty disappointing.
