Excellent service and great sales staff
I bought a used car from 'Nalley Honda' two weeks ago and the listing said it had Navigation. Got the car home and realized that it wasn't even installed in the vehicle. Immediately called back and no one has helped me at all and I feel I should be re-imbursed for what it will cost to have it installed. They have given me the run around since day one and completely ignored my calls and messages. I would not have bought the car if I had known about the navigation as this was one of the main reason I wanted to buy a newer car!... read more
Nalley Honda service department is horrible. You make an appointment and you still have wait 2 hours just for an oil change. Not to mention you pay $50 for just an oil change because god forbid them wash your car. Do not let them wash your car! You will have hard water spots all over it which will result in you having to pay someone else to get it waxed. I buy cars and get them serviced with Walker Jones in Waycross because they know how to take care of their customers. Nalley Honda in Brunswick is a joke!

They were excellent. Service was amazing!! Would recommend them to anybody.
I love Nalley! I just bought a brand new GMC Sierra last week from Fred Voigt and he went above and beyond to make sure our every need was met. He kept his eye out for months to find the perfect truck for us, and made it happen. We are thrilled with how everyone at Nalley treats us, from the minute we walk in the door, to after the sale.
