I brought my parents here to trade in their car. We had talked to Chris Phillips before we arrived and he had everything ready for us. She loved the new car. Preston explained Everything to her, from the radio, phone, navigation, lights, everything. He was so very patient with her and went over it twice. After all the paperwork was completed Preston went back to the car and let my mother explain everything to him to make sure she understood. For a 88 year old, she understood it pretty well.
