Above and beyond customer service from Jordan in the retail parts department. I was involved in an accident in late July. My car was dropped off at the bodyshop 4 days later where it sat for more than 3 weeks because they said that even though they had ordered the parts needed, the strut and axle needed to get started and move my car, were unavailable.
