Mark is the best. He is able to find the root cause of problems, fix them correctly, and identify any other areas that will likely cause issues. For example, we had a leak around our chimney. Mark was able to quickly address the issue and identified the cause as improper siding installation, which was subsequently addressed. From ordering materials to installation Mark over promises and under delivers. We started working on the project in June and did not complete it until November. Initially, he said it would take 7-8 days to complete, and it ended up being 12 days over five months. It is unfortunate that I have to respond to this in such lengths, but tarnishing my name in such a way is something that I cannot allow. This project did start in June and did end in November, but Mrs. ***** understood the reasoning because of her desire to eliminate a bumped out wall which we could not discover if it would be possible until demo had begun. Mark *********************and his crew of two completely removed our old 12 X 12 foot 27 year old wood deck at the rear of our home and replaced it with a new same size wood deck with a wood railing and new stairs in one day! The quality is outstanding. He used green treated wood. When he was out to give us an estimate he said he would complete the deck prior to the 4th of July.
